BeachBlast is a week-long retreat to Panama City Beach Florida where we go to learn more about and experience God in a huge way. Each day begins with morning devotions on the shoreline and is packed with fun games, great food and opportunities to connect with each other and with our Savior Jesus Christ. Our focus for 2020 is "Experiencing life, not in stress but in the confidence and peace God offers!" We want our students to commit to their God and to building relationships within THE FLOOD that will carry-over into the school year. We are excited to see all that God has in store for this awesome week!

**Beach Blast is a time that both students and leaders look forward to every summer. It is a unique opportunity to escape normal everyday schedules and distractions. Students have time to build friendships and grow in their relationship with Christ. Because of current world conditions, deciding to hold Beach Blast this year has been a big decision. Leaders have been reaching out to gain knowledge on how to hold Beach Blast in response to COVID-19. Adjustments are being made to protect students and leaders as recommended by the CDC and Taney County Health Department. Healthy hygiene practices such as hand washing and cleaning/disinfecting will be utilized. Leaders are continuing to monitor this situation as the summer progresses. If at anytime we feel this trip is not in the best interest of our students/leaders, it will be canceled. We are praying for wisdom and guidance as we pursue holding Beach Blast in August!

**Beach Blast was moved due to school activities being rescheduled. New dates released are Aug 2- Aug 8. Our location on the resort as changed. We will be residing in dorms this year!
